DSV Air & Sea is seeking an Import Air Operator in Alexandria, NSW to coordinate import workflows, data entry and KPI-driven delivery. You will work with the Import Air team to ensure accuracy, maintain client relationships and solve issues with airlines and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Work with Import Air team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered.
• Carry out import workflow processes per SOPs and customer instructions.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers, suppliers and service providers locally and overseas.
• Problem-solve Import Air issues with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers.
• Enter data into CW1 accurately and timely.
• Plan and prioritize Import shipments and transport requirements to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Calculate costing and GST related to loads and deliveries; implement process improvements.
• Support the Air Freight Manager, Imports with day-to-day activities and related tasks.

DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Import Air Operator in Alexandria, NSW

Key Tasks

• -Work together with Import Air team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered.
• -Carry out import workflow processes in accordance with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs, and specified requirements.
• -Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas.
• -Ability to problem solve Import Air issues with a range of stakeholders including but not to limited: airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders, and customers.
• -Enter data into CW1, accurately and in a timely manner.
• -Plan and prioritize Import shipments from the Import Workbenches in order to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs and deadlines.
• -Plan and prioritize transport requirements, from CTO to DSV, and DSV to the specified delivery, within KPI.
• -Calculate monetary issues such as invoice costings, GST, etc. and weights and measures in relation to load sizes, space availability, etc.Implement and monitor process improvements.
• -Support the Air freight Manager, Imports with day-to-day activities, and other reasonable tasks and projects as required, including liaising with the transit warehouse for availability of cargo for delivery.
