Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing controlled documentation for operations.
• Experience within freight, logistics, aviation or similar.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to translate complex operational information into docs.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain SOPs, manuals, guides and checklists.
• Collaborate with SMEs and process owners to document clear practices.
• Validate regulatory, safety and business requirements.
• Coordinate consultation, review, publication and version-control.
• Ensure formats meet standards with publication partner.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for documentation improvements.
• Tailor content for frontline usability and clarity.
• Monitor feedback and change to keep docs current.
• Support notices, process maps and training impact as needed.
