Followmont Transport Pty Ltd in Townsville is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Townsville Depot. This full-time role focuses on data entry, compliance support, PODs, drivers’ run sheets, and ensuring safety with dangerous goods. You will build strong customer relationships and provide detailed freight tracking and reporting.

Formación

Experience in transport or customer service is beneficial.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
Ability to work in a team and stay organized under pressure.

Responsabilidades

Data entry and processing, assist with compliance, PODs, and drivers' run sheets.
Ensure dangerous goods handling is compliant and coordinate pallet communication.
Deliver exceptional service by building relationships with customers and colleagues.
Provide tracking and reporting on freight movements and misdirected freight.
