Job summary

BOQ Group in Melbourne is seeking Fraud and Scam Operations Analysts to join our Financial Crime Operations team. You will review alerts, investigate suspected fraud, liaise with customers and take action to minimise potential losses.

You will build investigation records, prepare reports and support recovery efforts while collaborating with internal teams to strengthen fraud awareness across the organisation. Prior fraud or banking operations experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess risk in financial crime.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience or interest in fraud investigations, banking operations or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud and scam alerts and assess potential impact.
• Investigate suspected fraud/scam activity and determine appropriate action.
• Liaise directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve cases.
• Maintain accurate investigation records and prepare clear reports.
