Qualifications

• Experience in fraud and investigation is essential.
• Banking sector exposure or relevant financial services background desired.

Responsabilités

• Monitor fraud detection alerts and reports to identify and prevent fraud.
• Investigate simple fraud cases and assist in funds recovery.
• Communicate case status clearly to customers in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
• Educate customers who have been affected by fraud or scams.
• Contribute to team activities and training for continuous improvement.
