As a Fraud and Corruption Prevention Manager, you will lead and coordinate the ATO's fraud, corruption, insider threat, integrity and personnel security programs to strengthen organisational resilience and protect the integrity of the agency. You’ll provide strategic leadership, expert advice and direction across a range of complex and sensitive integrity matters, ensuring the ATO effectively prevents, detects and responds to fraud, corruption and security risks.

You will lead, coach and develop a team and drive the delivery of fraud and corruption prevention initiatives that support the ATO's obligations under the Commonwealth Fraud and Corruption Control Framework, Protective Security Policy Framework, and associated legislation including the National Anti-Corruption Commission Act and Public Interest Disclosure Act. You’ll exercise sound judgement in complex environments, analyse emerging risks and trends and provide timely advice and recommendations to senior executives to support informed decision-making.

Working collaboratively across the ATO and with internal and external business partners, you will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide prevention, education and awareness strategies, risk management approaches, and operational responses to integrity threats. You’ll oversee the assessment and management of monitoring and detection activities, sensitive integrity incidents, personnel security concerns, employment suitability matters and other insider threat risks, ensuring appropriate governance, assurance and risk mitigation measures are in place.

You will foster strong business partner relationships, influence outcomes across business areas, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ATO’s fraud and corruption control and personnel security arrangements. You’ll also identify opportunities to enhance organisational capability, drive innovation in integrity risk management practices, and support a culture of ethical behaviour and accountability.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Melbourne CBD, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt.
