Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead and coordinate the ATO's fraud, corruption, insider threat, integrity and personnel security programs.
• Provide strategic leadership and advice across complex integrity matters to support executive decision-making.
• Lead, coach and develop a team and drive enterprise-wide prevention and awareness strategies.
• Oversee monitoring, detection activities and sensitive integrity incidents with governance and risk mitigation.
• Engage with internal and external partners to strengthen organisational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud and corruption prevention initiatives across the agency.
• Advise senior executives and support informed decisions.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide prevention, education and awareness programs.
