Job summary

ITSM is seeking a Risk Management Officer to join our Fraud/AML-CTF team in Sydney. The role focuses on screening customer profiles, investigating suspicious activity, and performing enhanced due diligence on high-risk accounts.

Collaboration with stakeholders to mitigate risks is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and proficiency in Excel to manage data, reports, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Methodical and systematic approach to work and time management
• Enthusiasm and agility to adapt to changing requirements
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Account screening to identify and action fraudulent customer profiles
• Identify and investigate suspicious/unusual behavioural indicators
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence screening and reporting on high value/high risk accounts
• Use open-source intelligence to mitigate fraud and AML risks
• Liaise with business and stakeholders on Fraud, AML/CTF matters
• Compile chargeback reports and reconcile disputed transactions
