Job summary

InCrew Group Solutions is seeking experienced Franna Operators and Riggers for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin and Mackay region. You will operate cranes safely during shutdowns and coordinate with site teams to meet deadlines.

Required are mining-site rigging and crane experience, a current High Risk Work Licence, a Working at Heights certificate within two years, a valid Driver Licence, and a Construction White Card. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant crane operating and/or rigging experience within mining industry.
• Current High Risk Work Licence and Working at Heights Certification (within past two years).
• Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11, plus Construction White Card.
• Current Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently during shutdowns.
• Set up, assemble and dismantle rigging equipment to site and safety requirements.
• Work with site teams to meet project deadlines safely.
• Complete inductions and follow all site procedures.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:
