Job summary

Too Good To Go Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Franchise Sales Executive who will engage supermarkets, bakeries and cafes to join our mission to fight food waste. You’ll connect with potential partners mainly by phone, email and text, guiding them from outreach to onboarding on our platform.

You’ll own your pipeline, prioritise warm leads, and collaborate with the Growth team to ensure smooth handover. Energy, curiosity and resilience matter more than years of experience.

Qualifications

• May come from sales, hospitality or customer-facing roles; mindset matters more.
• Energetic, curious, resilient and eager to learn.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process from outreach to closing with potential partners.
• Prioritise opportunities using a warm-lead pipeline and guide prospects through the sales journey.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, support onboarding, and handover to Growth.
• Use Salesforce to track opportunities and document notes on accounts.
• Collaborate with Growth and Acquisition teams to ensure proper account setup.
