Job summary

Chubby Buns Burgers is seeking a Marketing & Content Manager to lead social media, content creation, and brand development across our Sydney network. You will plan, film and edit videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, capture professional food photography, and manage content across platforms.

You will drive monthly campaigns, influencer partnerships and paid advertising, while coordinating digital menu boards, promotions and openings for new franchises.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong filming, photography and video editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design software.
• Ability to design and update digital menu boards and promotional graphics.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and paid advertising.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Own suitable filming, photography and editing equipment.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel between Sydney locations.
• Experience in hospitality, food marketing, or franchise businesses is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Create high-quality food photography, Reels, promotional videos and social media content.
• Manage all social media accounts, content scheduling and community engagement.
• Visit franchise locations to capture content.
• Develop creative concepts and stay ahead of social media trends.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns, special offers and new burger launches.
• Manage and update digital menu boards across all Chubby Buns locations.
• Coordinate marketing activities across the franchise network and support local stores.
