Job summary

Sunny Side Sandwiches Pty Ltd is seeking an in-house Marketing & Content Specialist to own the brand's short-form video from concept to posting, including filming, editing, and audience engagement across all platforms.

You’ll work from our Chermside head office and stores, collaborating with our CEO and operations manager, and learning from experienced content strategists while growing with the brand.

Qualifications

• Showreel/links: three pieces of short-form content you planned, shot and edited yourself (include links).
• Proficiency filming on iPhone with proper audio and lighting.
• Strong editing and storytelling to hook viewers and keep them watching.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality video in stores and around Brisbane using iPhone, mic and lighting.
• Edit footage into finished videos (CapCut/Premiere Pro) within 24–48 hours.
• Write scripts, shot lists and hooks for short-form video that perform.
• Post to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts with Sunny Side voice.
• Reply to comments and DMs across all platforms.
• Track trends in Brisbane and bring ideas to leadership.
• Organise shoots with visiting creators and CEO.
• Support influencer campaigns and brand collaborations for launches.
• Keep content calendar planned weeks ahead with leadership support.
• Report monthly on post performance and reach.
