AFCA is seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to partner with Finance, Operations and leaders to translate data into actionable financial insights that drive performance and sustainable outcomes.

You will lead monthly results analyses, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, develop business cases and deliver organisation-wide insights to support planning. A collaborative, detail‑driven approach is essential in a high‑performing team.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python) and visualisation platforms (Tableau, Power BI) will be highly regarded.
• Strong systems experience with accounting platforms (e.g., Microsoft D365 FinOps, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders.
• A collaborative style, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
• Self‑motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to safeguarding sensitive financial information.
