Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in North Sydney. The role focuses on leading budgeting, quarterly forecasts and month-end close, while coordinating regional data collection and national reporting packs.

You will drive P&L accuracy and partner with branch managers on financial outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a business degree (or equivalent) with CA/CPA qualification, 5+ years in finance leadership, and strong Excel/Word skills to support strategic

Degree in Business or Commerce or similar.
CA/CPA qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role.
Strong Excel and Word proficiency.
Experience in financial analysis within a complex business.
Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Budget, quarterly and ad hoc forecasts; establish regional data collection and manage group timetable.
Month-end estimate and close; consolidate regional P&L and liaise with Branch Managers.
Oversee national insurance renewals and coordinate with management accountant.
