Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a finance professional to lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and commercial analysis. You’ll work with senior leaders to enhance business partnering and strategic decision-making within a high-performing finance team.

The role offers hybrid work with on-site collaboration at Brisbane Strathpine or Sydney Rhodes, enabling a balance between desk-based modelling and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel with financial modelling and data analysis.
• Exposure to Anaplan, SAP, Power BI.
• Experience in retail or large-scale, complex business environment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across the business.
• Desirable: CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA (or equivalent) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning through financial modelling and analysis.
• Analyze business performance, investigate variances and provide insights.
• Prepare reporting packs, dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain financial models and leverage tools such as Excel, Anaplan, SAP and Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support commercial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
