Australian Payments Plus in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and insights. You will work with Finance Business Partners to translate data into actionable information, driving performance and informed decision-making across the organisation.

This junior to mid-level role offers exposure to payments technology, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities for growth within AP+’s finance function.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline, with up to 3 years of experience.
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification.
• Experience with financial data analysis and turning insights into decisions.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes and communicating to stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial controls, compliance and cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and report on budgeting, forecasting and financial business reviews, with a focus on AP+ profitability drivers.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify variances and trends, and translate business activity into clear financial impacts and insights.
• Support commercial agreements, business cases and decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis and supporting information.
• Partner with operational business teams and Finance Business Partners to understand business needs and provide practical financial support.
• Maintain strong financial controls and support compliance with finance policies, technical accounting, tax and treasury requirements.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights and contribute to continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and analysis.
