Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a founding Product Owner to join the Hero Foundation Squad in ANZ. You will lead the execution of the strategic roadmap to drive platform customization for candidate acquisition, onboarding and employer engagement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize conversion funnels, map dependencies across Legal, Security and Authentication, and deliver clear UX designs with Engineers and Designers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Product Owner experience in high-velocity teams.
• Experience with AI products or data-heavy environments is a plus.
• Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for platform customization initiatives.
• Translate vision into clear deliverables with user value.
• Manage squad backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead data-driven optimization of candidate acquisition and onboarding funnels.
• Collaborate with Designers, Engineers and Security to deliver feasible UX.
