Job summary

Saint Haven in Melbourne is seeking a highly intuitive Premium Member Concierge to deliver exceptional, personalised service to our Ultimate members. This role goes beyond front-of-house, focusing on genuinely knowing members, anticipating needs, and owning requests from first enquiry to completion.

Reporting to the Concierge Manager, you will build meaningful relationships, host members in the Club, coordinate bookings and connect guests with classes, treatments and events, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience within luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, private clubs, VIP services or another high-touch environment
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• A warm, polished and naturally confident approach
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
• The ability to anticipate needs and create thoughtful, personalised experiences
• Excellent judgement, discretion and professionalism
• Strong knowledge of Melbourne dining, hospitality, wellness and lifestyle

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of Ultimate members

• Personally welcome and host members within the Club
• Proactively connect members with relevant classes, treatments, practitioners, events and experiences
• Coordinate bookings and help members maximise the benefits of their membership
• Manage lifestyle requests including dining reservations, transfers, gifting, events, tickets and travel
• Recognise birthdays, milestones and other meaningful occasions
• Take ownership of member requests and provide regular, considered communication
• Resolve member concerns in collaboration with teams across the Club
• Re-engage members whose visitation has declined
• Maintain accurate and discreet member profiles and service notes
