Pitch Technology is seeking a Field & Events Marketing Manager (Founding hire) to lead regional field initiatives across Australia and APAC, driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty through events and integrated campaigns.

The role requires 4-5+ years in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in events, sponsorships, or regional campaigns, and a passion for AI-driven scale-ups. Sydney-based, fast-paced, ownership-focused environment.

• 4-5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS/tech or events production/management.
• Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, or regional campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple projects.

• Genuine excitement about AI and building category-defining products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional field marketing programs, including industry events, sponsorships, and owned customer experiences.
• Partner with sales to align field programs with pipeline goals, account priorities, and revenue outcomes.
• Own event execution end-to-end: venue and vendor selection, attendee comms, GTM enablement, content and speaker prep, onsite delivery, budget management, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
• Deliver integrated campaigns that amplify field programs across email, social, digital, and out-of-home channels.
• Identify and activate customers for speaking engagements, case studies, and local advocacy opportunities.
• Track, analyse, and report on program performance and ROI to inform optimisation and future planning.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners.
• Bring creativity and fresh thinking to elevate the attendee experience and reinforce brand at every touchpoint.
