Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and operate production infrastructure powering AI Co‑Workers. You will own end-to-end reliability and collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams.

In this hands-on role, you’ll configure Kubernetes clusters, implement Terraform and Helm workflows, and maintain secure, scalable platforms across varied customer environments. Expect a fast-paced, high‑impact setting with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating Kubernetes‑based platforms.
• Terraform and Helm for deployment workflows and infrastructure as code.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a DevOps mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate reliable production infrastructure supporting AI Co‑Workers.
• Design and configure production-grade Kubernetes clusters, not just operate workloads on top of existing one.
• Own Kubernetes-based platforms used to deploy and run AI workloads.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Implement and maintain Helm-based deployment workflows.
• Operate effectively in greenfield and brownfield customer environments, often with incomplete documentation.
• Leave environments in a clean, well-documented state that other teams can maintain going forward.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.
