Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and operate our production infrastructure powering AI Co‑Workers. You will own end‑to‑end reliability and collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams.

You will design production‑grade Kubernetes clusters, manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, and implement Helm deployment workflows while navigating diverse customer environments. Strong cloud and DevOps experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production or L7 environments.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps deployment approaches.
• DevOps mindset with CI/CD ownership, automation, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate reliable production infrastructure supporting AI Co‑Workers.
• Design and configure production-grade Kubernetes clusters, not just operate workloads on top of existing ones.
• Own Kubernetes-based platforms used to deploy and run AI workloads.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Implement and maintain Helm-based deployment workflows.
• Operate effectively in greenfield and brownfield customer environments, often with incomplete documentation.
• Leave environments in a clean, well‑documented state that other teams can maintain going forward.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.
