Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and operate production infrastructure powering AI Co‑Workers. You will own reliability end‑to‑end and collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams in a fast‑paced environment.

You will design and configure Kubernetes clusters, manage Terraform and Helm workflows, and ensure scalable, secure operations across varied customer environments. Strong coding skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience designing, building, or operating workloads on EKS, AKS, GKE or self‑managed Kubernetes.
• Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Helm for Kubernetes application deployment.
• Professional experience with at least two programming or scripting languages (Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby).
• Strong communication skills for engineer-level and leadership discussions.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience.

• Design, build, and operate reliable production infrastructure supporting AI Co‑Workers
• Design and configure production-grade Kubernetes clusters
• Own Kubernetes-based platforms used to deploy and run AI workloads
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Implement and maintain Helm-based deployment workflows
• Operate effectively in greenfield and brownfield customer environments
• Leave environments in a clean, well-documented state for future teams
• Partner with engineers to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and secure
