Job summary

Insight APAC is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer Principal to embed with client teams and deliver end-to-end AI and data solutions—from discovery and design through build, deployment, enablement and handover. You are the connective tissue between Insight's accelerators and the real-world data, tools, processes and people.

As a technical leader, you will own outcomes, translate fuzzy business problems into structured solutions, and close the critical last mile where enterprise AI value

Qualifications

• Shipped production software end-to-end for real users
• Experience in consulting, professional-services or embedded-engineering environments
• Strong full-stack capabilities across Python, .NET/C#, or TypeScript and SQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern AI tooling

Responsibilities

• Discover & Frame: run workshops, translate business problems into solution architecture
• Build & Deploy: deliver data pipelines, APIs, UIs and agentic workflows with production-grade quality
• Enable & Embed: coach client engineers, document knowledge for long-term use
• Shape Insight's Future: capture patterns, mentor newer engineers, contribute to accelerators
