Fineform Concrete Pty Ltd in Welshpool, WA is seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our full-time team. You will read drawings, select and cut timber, and construct formwork systems for concrete works, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will work on commercial and civil projects across WA, collaborating with site supervisors and concreting teams to deliver high-quality formwork on time. A minimum of 2-3 years carpentry experience and a relevant qualification are required.

• Interpret drawings and formwork designs to determine materials and construction requirements.
• Select, measure and cut timber and formwork materials for industrial and high-rise projects.
• Construct and install formwork systems for foundations, walls, columns, slabs and suspended structures.
• Assemble and erect framework and falsework with precise alignment and tolerances.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure formwork readiness for concrete placement.
• Install reinforcements and embedded fixtures per engineering specs.
• Dismantle formwork after pour while preserving reusable materials and safety.
• Operate carpentry tools and maintain equipment to ensure quality workmanship.
