Job summary

Ramstown Group is seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter for a full-time role on construction sites in Western Australia. You will construct, install and dismantle formwork for concrete structures, read plans, and operate tools safely.

Applicants should have a trade qualification in carpentry or 3+ years of formwork carpentry experience, good communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team on diverse sites. A White Card is preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in carpentry or 3+ years formwork carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Sound knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, tools and equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble formwork structures for foundations, columns, beams and slabs.
• Read and interpret construction drawings to determine formwork dimensions.
• Install, brace and secure formwork systems for safe concrete pouring.
• Dismantle formwork and store materials for reuse.
• Operate carpentry and power tools safely; maintain site cleanliness.
• Maintain safety and quality to meet project standards.
