Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join our carrot processing and packing operation. This hands‑on role combines forklift duties with general production tasks in a busy team environment.

You will operate a forklift to move carrot bins, bag carrots, pack, label and dispatch products, while maintaining safety and a clean workplace. Full onsite training provided; candidates with a valid LF licence and physical fitness are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Full supervision is provided onsite, and all employees must comply with workplace safety requirements.
