Job summary

Comgroup Supplies is hiring for a Forklift Operator at our Darra site. PM shifts 1:45pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, load/unload trucks, and move stock in a cold-room warehouse with RF scanning.

We require a valid LF forklift licence (LO preferred), 2–3 years of forklift experience, and strong safety awareness. Permanent full-time role with freezer allowance and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of safety standards.
• Basic understanding of warehouse/logistics operations, and inventory systems.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Valid LF forklift licence (LO licence is an advantage).
• Minimum 2-3 years forklift operating experience in cold room/production or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload trucks with raw materials, finished goods and other supplies.
• Move stock around the cold room warehousing facility and replenish products.
• Use RF scanners to monitor inventory, order picking and shipping.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report safety or maintenance issues to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
