Job summary

RWM - PeopleIN is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a busy cold storage operation in Veradilla, Queensland. This permanent role suits reliable, safety-focused operators who can work in a fast-paced cold environment and are eager to learn.

Operate a Toyota forklift to move, pick and load products for dispatch, wrap pallets and assist with general labouring. You will work in 0–2°C chillers and -20°C freezers, with protective clothing provided, and you’ll join a team targeting daily output.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift License preferred.
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Reliable and safety-focused.
• Comfortable working in cold and freezer areas.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Toyota forklift safely
• Load and unload pallets
• Move and store products in chiller and freezer areas
• Complete basic forklift checks
• Wrap pallets and assist with general labouring
• Work with the team to meet daily targets
• Check stock and report any issues
• Follow safety, hygiene and PPE requirements
• Keep work areas clean and safe
