Job summary

CRL Express Pty in Moorebank, NSW, is seeking Full-time Linehaul Loaders for the PM shift to support our busy logistics operations. You will operate forklifts and assist with inbound/outbound freight while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires hands-on experience in linehaul loading, a valid LF forklift license, and a proactive team player who follows mass management and load restraint guidelines. We offer a great environment and permanent, full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Linehaul loading experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and machinery safely according to policies.
• Ensure inbound/outbound freight is scanned, matched, sorted and stored correctly.
• Load outbound linehaul units and unload safely with zero damage.
• Comply with mass requirements and load restraint rules.
• Match freight and consignments to prevent mis-sorting or mis-loading.
• Report incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Keep yard organized and tidy.
• Aim for zero near-miss incidents or accidents.
• Contribute to team goals and overall operations.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Full-time Linehaul Loaders to join our team on the PM shift at our Moorebank site.

Skills and experience

• Extensive Linehaul Loading experience
• LF Forklift License
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to OHS regulations.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Linehaul Loading Operations
• Successfully demonstrate understanding of Mass Management
• Successfully demonstrate understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines
• Enthusiastic and energetic team player

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure all inbound and/or outbound freight is:
• Accurately scanned, matched, sorted, and placed safely into correct locations.
• Load outbound linehaul units (consolidation of freight)
• Unload and/or loaded safely with zero damage within set time limits.
• Compliant with legislative requirements with regard to load mass.
• Compliant with Chain of Responsibility including appropriate load restraint.
• Match freight and connotes to ensure no miss-sorted or miss-loaded freight.
• Report all incidents of damage, shortages, split consignments, etc. to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Ensure the yard is kept organised and tidy.
• Work toward a target of zero near-miss incidents or accidents.
• Contribute to shared goals and work effectively as part of a team.
