Job summary

Arrow Transport, Logistics & Quarantine Services in NSW is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with an HR Truck Licence to join the Chullora day shift. This hands-on role combines forklift operations, warehouse duties and rigid truck driving.

Operate forklifts to load/unload freight, drive rigid trucks as needed, and ensure accurate inventory records. A LF forklift licence, HR licence, and physical fitness with safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence is essential.
• HR truck licence is essential.
• Experience operating smaller forklifts up to 2.5T is essential.
• Experience operating forklifts up to 5T is preferred.
• Experience driving rigid trucks is essential.
• Warehouse experience including loading/unloading trucks and containers.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load/unload/move freight safely.
• Drive rigid trucks as needed to support daily operations.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and shipping containers.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Perform quality checks and maintain inventory records.
• Complete relevant paperwork and follow WHS procedures.
• Work with team to meet daily operational requirements.

Arrow Transport, Logistics & Quarantine Services is a leading national brand with a strong presence across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator with an HR Truck Licence to join our Chullora day shift team.

This is a hands-on role combining forklift operations, warehouse duties and rigid truck driving.

What we are looking for

Current LF Forklift Licence and HR Truck Licence – essential.

Experience operating smaller forklifts (up to 2.5T) – essential.

Experience operating forklifts up to 5T – preferred but not essential.

Experience driving rigid trucks – essential.

Previous warehouse experience, including loading and unloading trucks and containers.

Experience in 3PL pick/pack operations and RF scanning – highly regarded.

A solid understanding of load restraint and safe warehouse practices.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg independently.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a commitment to safety.

A positive attitude, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and full Australian working rights.

The Role

Operate forklifts to safely load, unload and move freight.
