We are looking for someone with a technical mindset - who is confident working with machinery. The role offers on-site work with stable hours and weekly shifts, including afternoon and day schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production environments (GMP/HACCP) preferred.
• Experience operating machinery with a forklift, and understanding of how machines work.
• Previous team leading or acting as a key point of contact on shift is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain food production equipment and machinery including forklift operations.
• Perform various tasks in the food production process, including sorting, mixing, scooping, weighing, blending and packaging.
• Take ownership of your work area and support team members to meet daily targets.
• Lead or guide other team members when required to keep the line running smoothly.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Operate and maintain food production equipment and machinery including forklift operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (GMP, HACCP, Food Handling) is preferred.
• Experienceoperating machinery and a good understanding of how machines work.
• Previousteam leading or acting as a key point of contact on shift is an advantage.
• Quick learner with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Basic Computer Skills
• RF Scanning experience
• Monday - Friday (must have full working rights) e.g. citizen/residence.
• Possession of a LF (Forklift) license is an advantage
• Candidates without an LF license are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to lift heavy (up to 25kg).
• No allergies or food restrictions.
