Workfast is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our client’s team in Sydney. Pay rate is $36.50 per hour plus OT penalties and super.

Afternoon schedule is 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, for full-time ongoing hours in Moorebank NSW. The ideal candidate will have a forklift license, proven linehaul loading/unloading experience, and the ability to operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse.

• Experience operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts in a busy 3PL environment.
• Physical capability for manual handling and general warehousing tasks.

Responsabilités

• Safely operating forklifts (Counterbalance/High Reach) for linehaul loading/unloading, stacking and moving stock/freight.
• Load and unload linehaul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper load distribution and restraint.
• Stage, store, and retrieve pallets from high‑rack storage.
• Accurately pick bulk goods and prepare palletised orders for despatch.
• Assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe loading docks and aisles.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors to meet daily targets and comply with WHS policies.

Workfast is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our client’s team, a leading provider of 3PL warehousing and distribution services in Sydney.

Pay rate: $36.50 per hour + OT penalties + super
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30 PM (Full-time hours, Ongoing)
Location: Moorebank NSW

Candidates must have a strong work ethic, high safety standards, and proven experience safely operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment—specifically with demonstrated experience in linehaul loading and unloading. This role requires an ongoing commitment, strong reliability, and a hands‑on approach to stock movement, high‑reach staging, and supporting the broader on‑site team across the afternoon shift.

What you need

• Demonstrated experience operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts in a busy 3PL environment.


• Physical capability to assist with manual handling and general warehousing tasks when required.


• Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.


• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.


• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.


• Valid Photo ID and full right to work in Australia.

What you will be doing

• Safely operating forklifts (Counterbalance / High Reach) to perform linehaul loading, unloading, stacking, and moving of stock/freight.


• Efficiently loading and unloading linehaul trucks and trailers while adhering to load weight distribution and restraint guidelines.


• Staging, put-away, and retrieving pallets from high‑rack storage.


• Accurately picking bulk goods and preparing palletised orders for despatch.


• Assisting the warehousing team with manual handling and general warehouse duties as needed.


• Keeping work areas, loading docks, and aisles clean, clear, and safe.


• Coordinating with shift supervisors to execute daily targets efficiently.


• Complying with site WHS policies and forklift safety guidelines at all times.
