Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established logistics and warehousing business in Eagle Farm to recruit an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join their busy 3PL warehouse team where you’ll move stock safely and support day-to-day operations.

This role offers consistent Monday–Friday day shift hours, 8:00am–4:00pm, with on-site parking and exposure to a variety of products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of counterbalance forklift experience.
• 3PL warehouse experience is highly regarded.
• Current LF forklift licence is required.
• Experience using RF scanners is essential.
• Basic computer and warehouse systems knowledge.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Reliable, positive attitude and team orientation.
• Willingness to obtain a police check.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Goods receival and dispatch.
• Stock put-away and replenishment.
• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock movements.
• Perform general warehouse duties and manual handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Adhere to daily KPIs and safety procedures.

Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established logistics and warehousing business in Eagle Farm to recruit an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join their busy 3PL warehouse team where you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in their work and is looking for consistent Monday–Friday day shift hours.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks
• Goods receival and dispatch
• Stock put-away and replenishment
• Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners
• Cycle counts and stock movements
• General warehouse duties and manual handling
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Working to daily KPIs and established safety procedures

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous 3PL warehouse experience highly regarded
• A current LF forklift licence
• Experience using RF scanners
