Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established logistics and warehousing business in Eagle Farm to recruit an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join their busy 3PL warehouse team where you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced warehouse environment, takes pride in their work and is looking for consistent Monday-Friday day shift hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' counterbalance forklift experience.
• Previous 3PL warehouse experience highly regarded.
• A current LF forklift licence.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Basic computer and warehouse systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Goods receival and dispatch.
• Stock put-away and replenishment.
• Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners.
• Cycle counts and stock movements.
• General warehouse duties and manual handling.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work to daily KPIs and established safety procedures.

Your duties will include:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling duties
• A strong focus on safety and attention to detail

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
• A current police check, or be willing and able to obtain one
