Flexiforce Australia is seeking several skilled and reliable Forklift Operators to join a dynamic team at our Moss Vale NSW facility. • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to safe practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work Afternoon Shift 3 pm to 11 pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely to move, stack and store goods.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers and storage areas with precision.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of goods movements and stock locations.
• Follow health and safety procedures and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to meet daily targets.
• Inspect loads and secure them to prevent damage during transport and storage.
• Optimise warehouse space utilisation through effective stacking and organisation.

This afternoon shift (3 pm to 11 pm) is a casual full-time ongoing hours position that offers flexibility whilst contributing to the smooth operation of our clients warehousing and distribution centre. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage and handling of goods throughout the warehouse, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely and efficiently to move, stack and store goods in the warehouse

Loading and unloading goods from trucks, containers and storage areas with precision and care

Conducting pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safe working conditions and reporting any maintenance issues

Maintaining accurate records of goods movements and stock locations

Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Working collaboratively with warehouse staff and management to meet daily operational targets

Inspecting loads and securing them appropriately to prevent damage during transport and storage

Optimising warehouse space utilisation through effective stacking and organisation of inventory

What we're looking for

Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining safe working practices
