Job summary

Programmed GO in Lidcombe, NSW is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy dairy production and distribution facility. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $56.71 and shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 2–3 shifts per week with weekend availability as needed.

You'll work across back dock, dispatch and crate handling areas, moving pallets and crates safely, loading and unloading, and supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence is required.
• Proven forklift operating experience is essential.
• Experience in warehouse, production or distribution environments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work across different sections of the facility.
• Available for 2–3 shifts per week with weekend availability when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts across different work areas and duties.
• Load and unload palletised products safely and efficiently.
• Move crates, pallets and stock between production, storage and dispatch.
• Support warehouse, dispatch and distribution operations.
• Assist with crate handling and product movement around the facility.
• Pack finished products into crates or cartons when required.
• Complete general production, warehouse and housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow site safety procedures and work closely with the team.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy production and distribution facility in Lidcombe.

Our client produces and distributes fresh dairy products to customers. The operation relies on the safe and efficient movement of products, pallets and crates across production, warehousing and distribution.

You will work across different sections of the facility, including the back dock, dispatch and crate handling areas. This role suits someone with solid forklift experience who can adapt to changing tasks and support daily operations.
