Flexiforce Australia is seeking several skilled and reliable Forklift Operators to join a dynamic team at our Moss Vale NSW facility. The afternoon shift (3 pm to 11 pm) is a casual full-time ongoing hours position that offers flexibility whilst contributing to the smooth operation of our clients warehousing and distribution centre.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to safe practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work Afternoon Shift 3 pm to 11 pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely to move, stack and store goods.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers and storage areas with precision.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of goods movements and stock locations.
• Follow health and safety procedures and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to meet daily targets.
• Inspect loads and secure them to prevent damage during transport and storage.
• Optimise warehouse space utilisation through effective stacking and organisation.
