Job summary

Programmed is seeking a Forklift Operator to support day-to-day warehouse and production operations in New South Wales. You will operate forklifts to load, unload and move materials, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The role is casual with ongoing hours, typically Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00am and 3:30pm. A current LF forklift licence and 3–5 years of forklift experience are essential, with a strong emphasis on workplace safety and the ability to work

• 3–5 years forklift operating experience.
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding tasks.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
• Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening required.

About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day warehouse and production operations. Your duties will include:

• Operating forklifts to safely load, unload and move materials
• Supporting warehouse and production activities as required
• Ensuring products and materials are handled and stored safely
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Following all CSR safety, quality and operational procedures
• Working collaboratively with the wider operations team

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence - essential
• 3-5 years of demonstrated forklift operating experience
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to complete manual handling and physically demanding tasks
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
