Randstad is recruiting a Forklift Operator for our Brendale distribution centre in Queensland. This role offers a stable day shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) with a market-leading team and ongoing full-time hours.

You will operate an LF forklift to move stock, load/unload trucks, and ensure accurate inventory flow in a fast-paced dispatch environment. Ideal candidates hold an LF licence with forklift experience, possess High Reach capability, and maintain a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Current LF Licence required with forklift experience.
• Experience operating high-reach forklifts is highly desirable.
• Physically fit for occasional manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow WHS protocols daily.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced dispatch and receiving environment, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of automotive stock and ensuring accurate inventory flow.

• Location: Brendale, QLD

• Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

• Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Great work-life balance!)

• Status: Ongoing full-time hours with long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Machinery Operation: Utilizing your LF forklift to manage high-reach racking and navigate tight warehouse aisles safely.

• Inbound & Outbound: Loading and unloading transport trucks efficiently.

• Order Fulfilment: Picking automotive stock and preparing orders for dispatch.

• Inventory Care: Helping with general warehouse upkeep and maintaining a tidy, hazard-free workspace.

What You’ll Need

• Current LF Licence: Mandatory with proven forklift operating experience.

• High Reach Experience: Highly desirable (comfortable operating at height in narrow spaces).

• Physical Fitness: Capability to assist with occasional manual handling and lifting when required.

• Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

• Safety First: A strong, daily commitment to site WHS protocols.
