Job summary

IQS Solutions, a local family-owned business in Queensland, is seeking a warehouse assistant. The role starts as a 38-hour casual with potential to progress to full-time for a reliable, accurate team member.

You will unload deliveries, receive orders, despatch to customers, and assist customers with collection. A forklift license, reliability, and tidy presentation are essential, with hours Monday to Friday 7am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Must hold a forklift license.
• Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday, within store hours 7am - 5pm.
• Available to work up to 38 hours per week.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle stock; lifting required.
• Great customer service and enjoy communicating with customers.
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Be a team player and energetic.
• Must have reliable transport.
• Personal presentation and hygiene at a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Unloading delivery vehicles, unpacking stock and storing stock in warehouse.
• Receiving of purchase orders, processing then despatching to customers.
• Picking and checking orders.
• Assisting customers with order collection.
• Checking stock levels with regular stock takes.
• Keeping warehouse maintained and tidy.
• Neat and tidy in the work you do.
