Job summary

IQS Solutions is a family owned Queensland business supplying safety and workwear across industries. We seek an energetic team player for a full-time warehouse role with 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. You will handle stock, order processing, and counter service while learning the embroidery machine.

Required forklift license, reliable transport, and strong customer service. Training provided; enjoy a supportive, family-owned environment with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Involved in the everyday operations of the warehouse and keeping it tidy.
• Unloading and loading of delivery vehicles by hand or forklift.
• Unpacking stock and storing stock in warehouse.
• Stock control – inwards/outwards, stocktakes.
• Quoting, processing customer orders, raising purchase orders, receipting of goods, processing and despatching orders to customers.
• Picking and checking orders.
• Organise order pickup/delivery with freight providers.
• Assist customers face to face in store with product enquiries and order collection.
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone or email.
• May be involved in the embroidery department, picking clothing orders and operating the machines.

Qualifications & experience

Tasks & responsibilities
