Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Distribution Forklift Operator for our manufacturing and distribution site in Burnett Heads, Bundaberg. This hands-on role supports warehouse, distribution and loading operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a current LF forklift licence and have proven experience with loading/unloading trucks, demonstrating strong safety awareness and a team-focused approach. Outdoor/indoor work and overtime are possible.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LF forklift licence.
• Proven experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
• Reliable, punctual and team-focused attitude.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to roles.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 4 tyne forklifts within the facility.
• Load and unload semi trailers, B doubles and delivery vehicles.
• Move and store large building products from 2.4m to 6m in length.
• Handle bulk bags, IBC containers, pallets and other production materials.
• Complete loading/unloading activities in covered and outdoor areas.
• Follow site safety procedures and operational requirements.
• Support warehouse and distribution activities as required.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety focused Distribution Forklift Operator to join a leading manufacturing and distribution site in Burnett Heads. This is a hands on role working within a fast paced environment supporting warehouse, distribution and loading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate 4 tyne forklifts within the manufacturing and distribution facility
• Load and unload semi trailers, B doubles and delivery vehicles
• Move and store large building products ranging from 2.4m to 6m in length
• Handle bulk bags, IBC containers, pallets and other production materials
• Complete loading and unloading activities in both covered and outdoor work areas
• Follow all site safety procedures and operational requirements
• Support warehouse and distribution activities as required

What We Are Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence
