Job summary

Action Workforce is seeking motivated High Reach FLD operators for an immediate start during peak season. The role involves loading/unloading cartonised white goods (fridges, microwaves, TVs) using Crown Electric equipment, with trolley moves to customer cars. Site is Marsden Park for a busy national retailer.

Hours are 7.6 hours per day on AM/PM shifts. Pay is 35.96 AUD/hour, with Sat time and a half for the first 2 hours, then double time; Sundays are double time.

Qualifications

• LF License and solid forklift experience (2 years minimum on HR)
• LO experience welcome but not essential; training provided
• Own PPE required (hard cap footwear, long sleeves, pants)
• Flexible shifts/times as required
• Manual lifting rated 25kg
• Completed induction is mandatory
• Positive attitude and good people skills for customer interactions
• Strong safety experience required

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift (HR) for loading/unloading cartons
• Move goods to car park and assist customers
• Handle fragile white goods (fridges, microwaves, TVs)
• Work with team in a warehouse/sales environment
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements

Action Workforce is looking for motivated High Reach FLD’s for immediate start for peak season

Site/Location: Busy national retailer located at Marsden Park

Roles: 2x HR FLD’s, use Crown Electric, these roles are both FLD and Manual lifting/moving, loading/unloading trucks – all cartonised white goods, fridges, microwaves, tv’s, in addition taking these goods on trolley out to car park to waiting customers

Role Type: Temporary ongoing

Hours: AM/PM Shifts Available, 7.6 hours/day

Pay: Ordinary Time $35.96/hour, Sat–time and half first 2 hours then double time, Sunday double time

Start: Must be able to start immediately

Candidate Requirements:

• LF License, solid fork lift experience, 2 years minimum on HR
• LO exp would be amazing but not essential, they will teach on clamps
• Must have your own PPE (hard cap footwear/long sleeves/pants)
• Must be flexible as shifts/times can change when required
• Manual Lifting - Rated 25K
• Must be happy to complete a long induction
• Must have great attitude/people skills as deal with direct customers
• Strong safety experience
