Job summary

Chandler Macleod in NSW is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers for a busy warehouse in Arndell Park. Immediate start, located in Arndell Park with a 6:00 am day shift and a weekday roster. Earn $37.00 per hour with ongoing, stable hours.

Ideal candidates will hold a current LF forklift license, have 2+ years of high reach or counter balance experience, and be capable of working safely in a fast-paced environment. RF scanning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift License required.
• Minimum 2 years' High Reach Forklift or Counter Balance experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Complete put-aways, replenishments, pallet movements and racking up to 5 bays high.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Utilise RF scanners to manage stock movements accurately.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies.

Forklift Drivers (High Reach & Counter Balance)

Location: Arndell Park

Immediate Start

Monday to Friday

6:00 am Day Shift

Pay Rate $37.00 per hour

This role offers a consistent weekday roster, making it ideal for candidates seeking long-term stability and regular hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate High Reach Forklifts
• Complete put-aways, replenishments, pallet movements and racking up to 5 bays high
• Load and unload vehicles
• Utilise RF scanners to accurately manage stock movements
• Assist with stock control and inventory management
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Support warehouse operations with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift License
• Minimum 2 years' High Reach Forklift or Counter Balance experience
• Experience operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• RF scanning experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to manually lift up to 25kg when required
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to work
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong focus on workplace safety and productivity
