Job summary

Action Workforce is seeking High Reach FLD operators for a first-class distribution centre in Ingleburn, NSW. Roles include both FLD operation and manual lifting/moving of outbound cartons.

Temporary ongoing contract, Monday to Friday roster, 10:30 AM to 6:36 PM, with immediate start. Candidates must hold an LF license, have solid forklift experience with at least 2 years on HR, provide their own PPE, and be capable of manual lifting up to 20 kg.

Qualifications

• LF Licence required.
• Solid forklift experience with at least 2 years on HR.
• Own PPE (hard cap footwear/long sleeves/pants) required.
• Manual lifting up to 20 kg.
• Strong attitude, collaboration and people skills.
• Proven safety focus and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklift and handle outbound cartons.
• Perform manual lifting/moving of cartons within outbound area.
• Maintain safety standards and use PPE as required.

Site/Location: Growing global electrical component manufacturer located at 17,000sqm site @ Ingleburn

Roles: 3x HR FLD’s, use Toyota Electric, these roles are both FLD and Manual lifting/moving cartons in the outbound area

Role Type: Temporary ongoing

Days: MON-FRI, 5 Day roster every week

Hours: Start/Finish 10.30AM-6.36PM

Pay: Ordinary Time $36.68/hour

Start: Must be able to start immediately

Candidate Requirements

• LF License, solid fork lift experience, 2 years minimum on HR
• Must have your own PPE (hard cap footwear/long sleeves/pants)
• Manual Lifting - Rated 20Kg
• Must have great attitude/collaboration/people skills
• Strong safety experience
• Own transport
