Job summary

Forensic Intervention Services (FIS) within Corrections Victoria is seeking experienced clinicians to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based forensic intervention in a correctional environment, building on your forensic clinical expertise and contributing to rehabilitation outcomes.

Roles involve comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, clinical interviews, and a range of individual and group treatments.

Qualifications

• Registration eligible with AHPRA/AASW/PACFA/ACA.
• Forensic clinical experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice in correctional settings.
• Willingness to travel to correctional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and comprehensive assessments.
• Clinical interviews to develop rehab pathways.
• Deliver individual and group evidence-based treatments.
• Prepare treatment plans and risk assessment reports.
• Travel to correctional facilities as required.
• Undergo pre-employment checks as part of process.
