Job summary

Forensic Intervention Services in Victoria is seeking a Forensic Senior Clinician based at Barwon Prison Precinct. You will provide leadership and high‑level clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams across the system.

Travel to correctional facilities across the state to support service delivery, deliver advanced assessments, case formulation and treatments, and mentor staff. This role requires registration and advanced qualifications and offers strong training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent is required.
• Eligible for membership with professional associations listed.
• Advanced degrees in psychotherapy or counselling are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advanced clinical advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver assessments, case formulation and treatments for service users.
• Mentor clinical staff in group and individual interventions.
• Travel to correctional facilities across the state to support service delivery.
