Job summary

Step As One Disability Services in Campbelltown NSW is seeking enthusiastic Forensic Disability Support Workers to assist a young woman with complex needs in a Supported Independent Living setting. Qualifications

• Clear, fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong engagement skills, enthusiasm, resilience, and commitment to self-care.
• Genuine passion for disability support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and local authorisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to NDIS participants, including capacity building and in-home assistance.
• Assist participants to safely engage in communities.
• Follow Step As One policies including medication administration and safety.
• Record progress notes, incidents and goals in client management system.
• Collaborate with participants, families and professionals to achieve SMART goals.
• Attend mandatory NDIS Worker Training and maintain competency.
