Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead luxury residential projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for projects valued up to $3M in a hands-on leadership role.

The role requires directing subcontractors and carpenters on site, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with project managers, clients and consultants to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Foreman or Working Foreman.
• Experience delivering luxury/high-end residential projects.
• Experience on projects valued up to $3M.
• Ability to run and coordinate a team of subcontractors and carpenters.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction from start to finish.
• Committed to quality workmanship and presentation.
• Organised, reliable and proactive.
• Clear communication with trades, management and clients.
• Strong understanding of site safety and construction requirements.
• Hands-on approach with leadership from the front.

Our projects are valued up to $3 million, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and delivering luxury residential builds to a high standard.
The Role As Working Foreman, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of your projects, coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to program.

• Takes pride in quality workmanship and presentation
• Is organised, reliable and proactive
• Can communicate effectively with trades, management and clients
• Has a strong understanding of site safety and construction requirements
• Is comfortable being hands‑on and leading from the front
