CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Foreman for a major education development in Sydney's north. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee designated areas of construction, coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme, quality and safety standards.

• Proven experience as a Foreman on large-scale commercial construction projects.

The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Foreman to join an established national contractor delivering a major new education development in Sydney's north. This is a substantial, multi-faceted project incorporating modern teaching facilities, specialist learning spaces, recreational areas and associated infrastructure.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager and well-resourced project team, you'll play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and maintaining programme, quality and safety standards.

The business has a strong pipeline of secured projects across NSW and offers the opportunity to build a long-term career rather than simply move from project to project.

Your Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing designated areas of construction and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Foreman who has developed their career with a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder and understands the expectations of delivering major construction projects.

Ideally, you will bring:
